Advancing Pain Management
Your plan for pain management is unique, and the PT service at PAR utilizes One on One patient care. Your services are delivered in a private setting, and you will have the same physical therapist for every session. Traditional therapy is mechanical in that patients are typically put on machines to build strength in a limited number of muscles. Our therapy begins with the identification of your goals; creating a list of activities which are important to you, and determining what modifications can be made to maintain your lifestyle. Our approach to treatment is multidisciplinary in that we actively collaborate with psychologists, physicians, physical therapists, and others to determine the best strategies for increasing your chances of success. At PAR, you are in charge of hiring experts to create a program that you want to participate in.
